Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
